Mr. Kishore oversees and monitors all construction and sales activities at our Deoghar project, ensuring seamless coordination between execution and marketing. With a strong focus on quality, timelines and customer satisfaction, he ensures that every stage - from development to final sale - meets the highest standards. His leadership, strategic planning and on-ground supervision play a key role in delivering excellence and driving the project’s overall success.

GM (Ishaan Sarovar Portico, Deoghar)

Mr. Mrinal Kumar serves as the General Manager of Ishaan Sarovar Portico, Deoghar, bringing extensive experience in hospitality leadership and hotel operations. Known for his guest-centric approach and strong operational expertise, he ensures seamless service delivery across all departments. His leadership fosters teamwork, service excellence and continuous improvement. With a focus on quality, efficiency and personalized guest experiences, Mr. Kumar plays a key role in strengthening the hotel's reputation as a preferred destination in Deoghar.

Priyanka brings extensive experience and expertise in procurement and project execution within the real estate and hospitality sectors. With a strong background in managing large-scale projects, Priyanka excels in negotiating contracts, optimizing supply chains and ensuring the timely completion of projects. Their leadership and strategic approach have been instrumental in driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our operations.

Principal Architect - B. Tech, M-Tech (Engr), PGD, M.B.A., M. Tech (STR)

Having an experience of a two-decade, Ms. Anshu is engaged in the design & construction of variety of structures such as industrial structures including multistory towers, factory complexes, large span roofs, multistoried commercial complexes, institutional buildings, swimming pools, shopping malls, farmhouses apart from several multistory residential complexes and houses. With an in-house facility for computerized architectural, structural and interior design and drafting, Ms. Singh makes sure that projected designs match requirements and are functional, safe and economical.

Principal Consultant Legal - B.Sc.(H), L.L.B. (University of Delhi)

Advocate at The Supreme Court of India with a vast knowledge of several suits related to Banking, Transfer of Property Act, Contract Act, Arbitration Act, Land Acquisition Law, Special Relief Act, Custom and Central Excise. Mr. Tiwary aids in all the legal matters and advise in legal documentation, negotiations, contracts, etc. He has been a constant support for defending the rights and the legitimate interests of the party or the client and the organization as well.
