Dr. Chandan Srivastava is a first-generation entrepreneur with a Post Graduate degree in management and extensive experience in the construction and real estate sector. Under his leadership, Ishaan Group has expanded across five cities, delivered 3,000+ units and is now diversifying into education, retail, hospitality and healthcare — reflecting his commitment to developing ecosystems for India's changing needs.

Founding of Ishaan Group

Dr. Chandan Srivastava establishes Ishaan Group in Ghaziabad with a vision to redefine luxury living in India.

2010

Roorkee & Deoghar expansion begins

Ishaan Group launches its first residential projects in Roorkee — Ishaan Integrity & Aawas Yojana and Ishaan Greens & Ishaan Ashok Residences — receiving overwhelming response.

2012

Imperial Court — a landmark

Ishaan Imperial Court, Roorkee launches — a gated township with 2/3/4 BHK villas and flats, setting new benchmarks for community living.

2023

Deoghar entry — hospitality debut

Ishaan Group enters Deoghar, Jharkhand and launches Ishaan Sarovar Portico — its flagship hospitality property.

2024

The Element — branded residences

Launch of The Element, Ghaziabad — 3 BHK branded residences managed by Sarovar Hotels. EC, IGBC and RERA approved.

2025

Radisson Deoghar & beyond

Construction begins on Radisson Hotel, Deoghar.
